okotk Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and okotk ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in relation to your use of the okotk website located at okotk.org and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any promotional or loyalty programmes offered through the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which okotk operates. By using the platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or regulated in your local jurisdiction, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of okotk is lawful under the laws applicable to you. okotk does not warrant that access to or use of its services is legal in every jurisdiction.

In addition to these Terms, your use of the okotk platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional offer or bonus terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail solely with respect to the matter in conflict.

okotk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered players. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

To be eligible to register and use an okotk account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. okotk enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request identity documentation to verify age at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of okotk on behalf of a third party, or for commercial or professional gambling purposes on behalf of others, is not permitted without express written consent from okotk.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of okotk or any of its affiliated game providers or partners.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or programme, whether administered by okotk or any external responsible gaming authority.
• You have not previously had an okotk account closed by the platform for a violation of these Terms.

okotk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including at the point of registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, or where there is a reasonable suspicion that an account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out above. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending resolution.

Any winnings accrued by a player who is subsequently found to be under the age of 18, or who otherwise does not meet the eligibility criteria, will be voided and the deposited funds may be returned at okotk's discretion after deduction of any winnings paid and administrative costs incurred.

Each individual may register one okotk account only. The existence of multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether identified by name, date of birth, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other identifier — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid contact method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and account verification process, okotk may request the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits is registered in your own name.

Account verification is a mandatory step before any withdrawal can be processed. okotk may, at its discretion, allow limited platform access prior to full verification completion, but reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending satisfactory KYC completion at any time.

Your okotk login credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account. If you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact okotk support immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on the okotk platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). okotk does not apply currency conversion fees, and your account balance will always be displayed in BDT regardless of the game or market you are participating in.

okotk supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — operated by Bangladesh Post Office, widely available across all divisions
• Rocket — mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — digital wallet service available to players across Bangladesh

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. okotk targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours, though actual transfer times may vary depending on the third-party payment provider. okotk accepts no liability for delays attributable to the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the originating mobile wallet or bank account is not registered to the okotk account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account being suspended for investigation.

okotk offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and special offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, and the BPL cricket season. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The following general principles apply to all okotk bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address. Players who attempt to claim multiple bonuses using duplicate or associated accounts will have all associated bonuses voided.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed on the bonus offer page and in your account dashboard at all times.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire automatically without replacement.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category (e.g., slots, live casino, sports betting) are published in the relevant promotion's terms.
• okotk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable advance notice where possible. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, the terms in effect at the time of crediting will govern the wagering and withdrawal conditions for that bonus.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through systematic wagering patterns, matched betting, arbitrage, or other strategies designed to convert bonus funds to cash without genuine gameplay risk constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All bets and wagers placed on the okotk platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the details of a bet — including the selection, stake, and market — before submitting. okotk will not reverse a confirmed bet due to player error except in cases where a manifest pricing error is identified on the platform's side.

The following rules apply across all okotk betting and gaming products:

• Sportsbook (Cricket & Other Sports): Pre-match odds are subject to movement up until the start of the event. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. okotk reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust results in the event of data feed errors, match abandonment, or force majeure events. Settlement is based on the official result as published by the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL fixtures).
• Live Casino: All live casino games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified RNG or live dealer operations. okotk is not responsible for server interruptions caused by the third-party provider, but will work with the provider to resolve any resulting disputes.
• Slots: All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from accredited game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are published by the respective game provider.
• Crash Games: Games such as Aviator (by Spribe) use a provably fair mechanism where the outcome multiplier is determined before the round begins. Players may cash out at any point before the crash event. Failure to cash out before the crash results in the loss of the round stake.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision recorded in okotk's transaction logs shall be the primary reference. Players may raise a formal dispute by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of the disputed event. okotk commits to investigating and responding to all disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okotk platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account, for the purpose of circumventing platform limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a previous account closure.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity or payment documentation during registration, verification, or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or financial credentials to fund or operate an okotk account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or any non-human agent to interact with the okotk platform, place bets, exploit in-game mechanics, or manipulate account data.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events where you have non-public information that could provide an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the okotk deposit and withdrawal system as a conduit for moving funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the house.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform to obtain credits, winnings, or other benefits to which you are not entitled.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okotk customer support staff or other players through any channel.

okotk employs automated fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and behavioural analytics to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, the platform may act without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other players.

okotk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• okotk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity on the account.
• Satisfactory identity or age verification documentation has not been provided within the requested timeframe.
• The account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more. okotk will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder before applying inactivity procedures.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or processed on their behalf.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their okotk account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any outstanding wagering obligations have been resolved. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Players who require a cooling-off period or wish to self-exclude due to concerns about their gambling behaviour are encouraged to contact support immediately. okotk provides self-exclusion options for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. The okotk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free platform availability, okotk does not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from technical errors at all times.
• Any errors or defects in the platform will be corrected immediately or within any specified timeframe.
• The platform or the server that makes it available is free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okotk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of gameplay due to technical failure.

okotk shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or failures attributable to third-party payment processors or game providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit okotk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Gambling involves financial risk. okotk strongly encourages all players to set personal budgets, use the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard, and to treat gambling as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income. okotk is not liable for financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the platform.

okotk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect player rights, payment conditions, or eligibility requirements — okotk will provide advance notice to registered players via the contact email associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

For minor or non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or formatting updates), amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The date at the top of these Terms reflects the most recent version in effect.

Your continued use of the okotk platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and the return of any verified real-money balance.
